OriginLobe and LiteCodeLobe

OriginLobe is building accessible, local-first AI products. LiteCodeLobe is its first product: an AI coding workspace for macOS. These terms apply to the OriginLobe website, accounts, downloads, and LiteCodeLobe software we provide.

MVP software

LiteCodeLobe is currently an MVP release. Features, models, system requirements, compatibility, and availability may change. The current package is not yet Apple-notarized, so macOS may require you to approve it through Privacy & Security before first launch.

AI and coding output

AI-generated explanations, suggestions, code, commands, and results may be incomplete or incorrect. Review changes, commands, licenses, security implications, and test results before relying on or executing them. LiteCodeLobe does not replace professional security, legal, compliance, or engineering review.

Your responsibilities

You remain responsible for your source code, backups, credentials, commands, tests, deployments, and use of generated output. Only open, modify, or submit projects and information you are authorized to use. Do not use OriginLobe services to distribute malware, violate rights, bypass security controls, overload infrastructure, or abuse email and authentication systems.

Accounts and downloads

Keep access to your email and authentication providers secure. You may not automate account creation or download access in a way that disrupts the service. We may limit or suspend abusive activity. You can delete your account from the account dashboard.

Free and local use

LiteCodeLobe is currently offered without token charges or metered AI usage. Local performance and capacity depend on your hardware. This does not guarantee that every future OriginLobe product, hosted service, or optional feature will always be free; any future pricing will be presented before purchase or use.

Availability and updates

We may update, suspend, or discontinue MVP features and downloads as the product develops. Keep your own backups and do not rely on the service as the sole copy of important work. We may update these terms as the website and products evolve, with the revision date shown on this page.

Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and MVP software are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
